Who we are

Having a sandwich shoppe has been the long time dream of OTTO owner, Ed Donszelmann. Chef Rosie Colangelo has made that dream a reality with a rotating cast of delicious, creative options.

The Babe: Pistacchio pesto, mortadella, lemon whipped ricotta

Tonnato Melt: Italian tuna spread, smoked cheddar, pickled fennel, charred green onion, radish, lemon aioli
