Operating a sandwich shoppe has been the long-time dream of OTTO owner Ed Donszelmann. Chef Rosie Colangelo has made that dream a reality with a rotating cast of delicious, creative options.

Award-winning Chef Rosie Colangelo
Rosie is the brilliant mind behind our menu at Tulip. A recent graduate of NAIT's Culinary Program, she is passionate about food and sharing it to build community. Competing in the 2025 Canada’s Great Kitchen Party along with 7 other talented chefs, Rosie received the People’s Choice award for her dish, voted as the favourite by attendees, and was awarded the Bronze medal for the evening.
With a focus on fresh, creative flavours, Rosie selects every ingredient with "heart and intentionality" to craft the amazing sandwiches, soups, and salads at Tulip. Her goal is to provide delicious dishes with high-quality ingredients in an approachable way. We love sharing her food with you.
